Apple TV (tvOS) User Privacy Choices – Measure & Quote Flooring

No account system / no E.K.I. Tools, LLC server: The App does not require an account, and E.K.I. Tools, LLC does not operate a backend server for storing your projects/rooms. Most data is stored on-device and/or synced via Apple iCloud if you enable it.
1) Subscription Choices
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple's subscription management tools.
- If the App includes a Manage Subscription button, it opens Apple's subscription management screen.
2) iCloud Sync (Optional)
- If you enable iCloud sync, your App data may sync using Apple iCloud services.
- You can turn iCloud sync off in the App (if available) and/or manage iCloud settings through Apple device settings.
3) Sharing / Exporting (if Available)
- If you export/share data, you control what is shared and where it is sent.
- Third-party apps or services you use to share data have their own privacy policies.
4) Deleting Your Data
- You can delete or archive items within the App using in-app controls (if available on tvOS).
- To remove locally stored data from a device, you can also delete the App.
- If iCloud sync is enabled, data may remain in iCloud according to Apple's iCloud behavior/settings until removed or overwritten through Apple's services.
5) "Data Not Collected" (for Clarity)
The tvOS version of the App is not designed to collect the following for E.K.I. Tools, LLC' own purposes:
- Tracking: no tracking across apps and websites; no IDFA usage.
- Third-party analytics SDKs: none included.
- Advertising data: no in-app ads.
- Precise location: no GPS-style location access on tvOS.
- Device contacts: no contacts access.
- Payment card details: Apple processes payments; E.K.I. Tools, LLC does not receive full card details.
